How it works:
Since our products are made-to-order, every purchase goes through two stages before arriving at your door:
- Fulfillment: This is the time it takes to create your custom item. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order once it leaves our facility. Shipping time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected.
Estimated Delivery Time (EDT):
Your total wait time is the sum of fulfillment time and shipping time.
- Note: All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we strive to meet these estimates, factors like high order volumes, holidays, or carrier delays can occasionally impact delivery times.
Important Tips for Customers:
- Check Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
- Late Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, we recommend waiting an additional 3 business days for the package to arrive. If it still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at info@prairierebelco.com.
